one of our favorite things to do is to go swimming, well the other night we went to this pool, it was kinda cold and raining, we decided afterwards that it was a bad idea that we went. however ill never forget that night. i did 4 laps in that pool and it warmed me right up. the power of exercise will never cease to amaze me.

So to end this i just want to thank whatever being there may be for introducing me to my new friends, Thank you.
